NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Prairie du Sac Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee shall hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2021, at the Prairie du Sac Village Hall, 335 Galena Street, Prairie du Sac, WI,  to receive public comments on the following:

Application from Chet R. Johnson to amend the Official Zoning Map. The 1.25 acre subject property at E11823 Dam (Heights) Road (Parcel #028-0566-00000) is currently zoned A-T Agricultural Transition. The applicant is requesting to rezone the property to R-R Rural Residential to facilitate the placement of a single family residence.

The application is available for viewing below. All interested parties are invited to participate in said hearing and be heard.  After the public hearing, the Committee will consider the application.
